Mission Statement

The mission of the Student Support Services Department is to provide needed services to students and schools which will aid them in meeting our district’s mission of assisting every student in reaching his or her maximum potential through high-quality instruction and good stewardship of community resources.

Overview

The Student Support Services Department encompasses a variety of programs and services that support the instructional programs and individual students in our district.  The programs and services which are a part of the Students Support Services Department are:  504, Dyslexia, Exceptional Students, Hospital/Homebound, Limited English Proficiency (LEP), Pre-GED Skills Options, School Nurses, Student Assessment and Support Services for Youth (SASSY).
