The Special Meeting of the Zachary Community School Board was held on December 11, 2003 at 4700 Main Street.

The Invocation was given by Louise Horton.

The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Danny Davis.

APPROVAL OF MINUTES FOR DECEMBER 4, 2003

Mr. Johnson made the motion to approve the minutes of December 4, 2003 and Mrs. Young seconded the motion.

CANVASS MILLAGE ELECTION RETURNS

Mr. Robertson spoke to the board about approving the resolution for canvassing the returns and declaring the result of the special election held in the Zachary Community School System, on November 15, 2003, to authorize the levy of a special tax therein. Mrs. Coleman made the motion to approve the Canvass Millage Election Returns and Mr. Snowden seconded the motion.
