The Special Board Meeting of the Zachary Community School Board was held on January 29, 2004 at 4700 Main Street.

The Invocation was given by Chip Moore

Mr. Moore made the motion to approve the Minutes of January 22, 2004 and Mr. Johnson seconded the motion.

APPROVAL OF PROGRAM MANAGER

Mrs. Coleman made the motion to approve the Program Manager and Mr. Johnson seconded the motion.

After discussion from the Board, Mrs. Gaynell Young called a Work Session on February 5, 2004 at 6:00 PM and a Special Board Meeting at 7:00 PM.
