The Invocation was given by Gene Bruner.

The Pledge of Allegiance was given by Tanya Stoud.

Mrs. Womack made the motion to approve the Minutes of January 29, 2004 and Mrs. Kimmell seconded the motion.

APPROVAL OF ASSIGNMENT OF COMMITTEES

Mrs. Kimmell made the motion to approve the Assignment of Committees. (See Attached List) Mrs. Coleman seconded the motion.
