Special Meeting

Members Present:  Mrs. Coleman, Mr. Dayton, Mr. Davis, Mr. Johnson, Mrs. Kimmell, Mr. Snowden, Mrs. Young and Mr. Drake.

The Special Meeting of the Zachary Community School Board was held on July 29, 2004 at 4700 Main Street.

The Invocation was given by Danny Davis.

The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Carl Snowden.

7 Present     2 Absent    (Mrs. Horton & Mr. Moore)

EXECUTIVE SESSION

Mrs. Kimmell made the motion to go into Executive Session and Mrs. Coleman seconded the motion.

VOTE:  7 YEAS    0 NAYS     2 ABSENT

APPROVAL TO RESUME OPEN BOARD MEETING

Mr. Johnson made the motion to resume Open Board Meeting and Mrs. Coleman seconded the motion.

VOTE:  7 YEAS   0 NAYS   2 ABSENT

ADJOURN

Mrs. Coleman made the motion to adjourn and Mr. Davis seconded the motion.     

VOTE:   7 YEAS   0 NAYS   2 ABSENT
