ZACHARY COMMUNITY SCHOOL BOARD MINUTES

MARCH 17, 2015 SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

The Zachary Community School Board Special Board Meeting was held on March 17, 2015 at 6:15 p.m. at  the school board office on 3755 Church Street, Zachary, Louisiana.

The Invocation was led by - There was no invocation.

The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mr. Dayton.

ROLL CALL:  Mr. Owen,  Mrs. Young,  Mrs. Fuselier,  Mr. Hughes, Mrs. Grice,  Mrs. Vessel, Mrs. Kimmell, Mrs. Watkins, and Mr. Dayton.     0 ABSENT

APPROVAL OF MINUTES

Mrs. Young moved to approve the minutes of the February 26, 2015 Operations Committee, March 3, 2015 Work Session, and March 3, 2015 Board Meeting.  Mrs. Kimmell seconded the motion.

There was no public comment.

VOTE:   9  YEAS    0  NAYS       0  ABSENT

AWARDING OF 2015-16 FUND YEAR E-RATE BIDS

Mrs. Vessel moved to accept the bid from Transformyx for $34,896.40 for the 2015-16 Fund Year E-Rate Bids.  Mrs. Watkins seconded the motion.

There was no public comment.

VOTE:  9 YEAS  0 NAYS   0 ABSENT

Mrs. Watkins moved to accept the bid from Venture Technologies for $224,427.08 for the 2015-16 Fund E-Rate Bids.  Mrs. Fuselier seconded the motion.

There was no public comment.

VOTE:  9 YEAS   0 NAYS   0 ABSENT
