SPECIAL BOARD MEETING

AUGUST 4, 2015

The Zachary Community School Board Special Board Meeting was held on August 4, 2015 at 7:00 p.m. at the school board office at 3755 Church Street, Zachary, Louisiana.

The Invocation was led by Mrs. Young.

ROLL CALL:  Mr. Owen, Mrs. Young,   Mrs. Fuselier, Mr. Hughes,  Mrs. Grice,  Mrs. Vessel, Mrs. Kimmell,  and Mrs. Watkins    1 ABSENT   (Mr. Dayton)

APPROVAL OF SETTLEMENT OF COPPER MILL REROOF PROJECT

Mrs. Vessel moved to go into Executive Session to discuss the Settlement of Copper Mill Reroof Project and to allow the Superintendent Scott Devillier, Board Attorney Ricky McDavid, and Attorney Teresa Cop to attend.  Mrs. Fuselier seconded the motion.

There was no public comment.

VOTE:  8  YEAS    0 NAYS   1 ABSENT

Mrs. Grice moved to come back into regular meeting at 7:29 p.m.  Mrs. Fuselier seconded the motion.

There was no public comment.

VOTE:     8  YEAS    0  NAYS    1 ABSENT

Mrs. Young moved to approve the Settlement of Copper Mill Reroof Project.  Mr. Hughes seconded the motion.

There was no public comment.

VOTE:    8 YEAS    0 NAYS   1 ABSENT

Mrs. Fuselier moved to adjourn.  Mr. Hughes seconded the motion.
