ZACHARY COMMUNITY SCHOOL BOARD MINUTES
MARCH 3, 2020
The Zachary Community School Board Meeting was held on March 3, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. at 3755 Church Street, Zachary, Louisiana.
The Invocation was led by Mr. Mackie and the Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mr. Owen.
ROLL CALL: Mrs. Vessel, Mrs. Westmoreland, Mr. Hughes, Mr. Mackie, Mr. Owen, Mrs. Kimmell, Mr. Dayton. 2 ABSENT – Mrs. Young and Mrs. Watkins
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
Mrs. Kimmell moved to approve the minutes for the February 4, 2020 Resources Committee, Work Session and Board Meeting and February 27, 2020 Committee of the Whole. Mr. Mackie seconded the motion.

SUPERINTENDENT REPORT
Mr. Devillier reported that a lot of things are going on at the schools with sports and plays. The board members are just coming back from the LSBA Conference in Baton Rouge where they earned some training hours for the year.
PERMISSION TO ADVERTISE FOR FOOD SERVICE AND SUPPLY BIDS
Mr. Owen moved to give permission to advertise for Food Service and Supply Bids. Mr. Dayton seconded the motion.

FILE II – TESTING PROGRAM POLICY
Mrs. Westmoreland moved to approve File II – Testing Program Policy. Mr. Hughes seconded the motion.
There was no public comment.

AWARDING OF 2020-2021 FUND YEAR E-RATE BIDS
Mr. Owen moved to award the E-Rate bid to Transformyx for the 2020-2021 Fund Year. Mrs. Kimmell seconded the motion.
